How long does it take from consultation to completion?

With all criteria being met, we can usual provide same day assurance. However, it usually takes longer to get the best offers suited to your desires.

Do you charge any upfront fees?

Our initial consultations and pre-delivery services are completely free. Before the deal is closed, we submit our invoice which is usually percentage-based. Payment for any Additional services will be charged separately.

Absolutely! We assist our clients by recommending other professional services and adjacent services, if needed. Attorneys, Architects, interior designers and artisans. We only recommend businesses who we've worked with over time and are tested & trusted!
